The Service
GreatlyBid provides government opportunity discovery and decision-support information using public procurement sources and the business information you provide.
Fit Scores and Recommendations
Fit Scores and BID, INVESTIGATE, or SKIP recommendations are provided to help prioritize opportunities. They do not determine official eligibility, predict contract awards, provide legal advice, or guarantee any outcome.
Always verify deadlines, requirements, eligibility, and other information against the official government notice before bidding.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use GreatlyBid only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to access other users' data, misuse, scrape, copy, or resell the service.
Public Information
GreatlyBid uses public government procurement information. Public information may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, changed, or unavailable. When GreatlyBid information differs from the official source, the official source should be relied upon.
Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider according to the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the applicable paid period.
Availability
We work to keep GreatlyBid reliable and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every government opportunity will be identified or analyzed.
Limitation of Liability
GreatlyBid is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, GreatlyBid is not responsible for bidding decisions, missed opportunities, procurement outcomes, or losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable information.
